little back ache and cramping is normal but if it is followed by more than 7 times a day you are feeling instant cramps with jerking pain which radiates to your abdomen and your back and is happening only for few minutes in a day but more than 7 times then you need to see a gynecologist please share your latest ultrasound and blood reports
