M in 39th week of pregnancy n my color Doppler suggest static fetal growth after 36 weeks. My baby is running 3 weeks slow. Nw my gynecologist has planned my delivery for 6th March n hv suggested to tk betnesol injection 12mg (2 doses) in case my baby's lungs are not grown properly. So please suggest if betnesol is safe
