My both the mom's make the delicious and yummy ALOO DAHI SABJI and my son's too love it very much and I feel happy to cook for them..
Sour curd beaten properly...boiled potatoes peeled and roughly broken into pieces with hand..

Heat a pan put some ghee when heated add tempering of curry leaves, hing, jeera, saunf and red chillies..when jeera starts spluttering add grated ginger and finely chopped green chillies..meanwhile mix Masalas in a bowl like red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and add little water to it..add this masala mixture to the oil tempering and roast for 2 mins..now add salt and potatoes and roast for 2-3 mins now add beaten sour curd and whisk it continuously otherwise it will curdle once a boil comes add little water and cook it in medium flame for 15 -20mins..now switch off the flame and add pinch of garam masala and chopped coriander leaves...serve hot with alu paratha..
