Mai 10 weeks pregnant hu . Mujer kuch v khana ka Maan nahi karta hai .1/2 roti khate hi pet bhar jata hai .khane me ekdam; v interes nahi hai . Vomiting kabhi kabhi hota hai .

Hi it happened to me aswell during first trimester.<br>
U please eat small small meals every 2 hours, could be fruits , nuts etc. Also include more; pulses in ur diet. If u r able to have half chapati, make sure u tk 2 cups of dal atleast. <br>
Keep drinking water and stay hydrated. U l feel discomfort for few weeks, but trust me it's worth it.<br>

Try to take small walks, chew ajwain followed by warm water. Is time pe gas and bloating hoti Hai that's why u feel full.

Your welcome. Aap ek saath mat khao thoda thoda karke har 2 hours me khao paani khoob piyo hydrated rakhiye apne aapko. Kuch weeks baad theek hojayega apne aap sab man karega 😉. Take care.

Dear have something that u like and u can have everything but in moderation do not restrain yourself from things you like but be careful with if you have any ailments. Grab some fresh fruits nuts juices etc....
