please have natural foods. try to avoid processed foods or anything that comes in a package. take ur supplements as prescribed. do pregnancy yoga after getting ur doctor's permission. also I would recommend you have flaxseed daily. it is one of the best sources of Omega 3 fatty acids and excellent for baby's brain development. a tasty way to have it is by making dry flaxseed chutney. roast flaxseed, dry red chilli's, in a pan. once it cools then grind it in a mixie with salt and garlic. u ll get a yum chutney. have one tsp with lunch n dinner each. drink plenty of milk and water. eat sensibly and don't over stuff <u>yourself</u>

Have a healthy diet. Include fresh fruits nd vegetables. avoid spicy, oily, outside food. <br> Include nuts.&nbsp; have small meals . take small walks. have more fluids, juices etc.<br> always keep in mind the keyword moderation nd njoy this <u>phase</u>
