Kya age hai baby ki? <br> Sirf exercise se weight loose nai hoga...Aapko saath me diet par control karna hoga...Protein waali chije jayada leni hogi...Aur thoda thoda har 2 ghante me khana hoga... Maan lo aapne subah uthte saath ek glass garam paani me nimbu aur honey piya... Uske adhe ghante baad breakfast me aap ek bread aur egg le skte ho...Uske 2 ghante baad thoda dahi khaa skte ho...Uske 2 ghante bad thoda ankurit moong khaa skte ho... Uske 2 ghante me lunch karte ho... Chawal jitna khaate ho usse kam khaao...Dal aur salad aur sabjiya bhi khaao, uske 3 ghante baad aap threptin biscuit khaa skte ho...Agar chai pite ho toh sugar km daalo... Dinner raat ko 7:30-8 baje tak kar lo...Agar 3 roti khaa rae ho toh 2 kar do... Aur fir sote waqt aap dudh protinex k saath pi saktee ho... Meetha bilkul kam kar do...Oily aur bahar ka bilkul nai... Kabhi kabhi agar jyada mann hota hai toh thik hai ek din chalta hai cheat day...Paani kam se kam 3 litres piyo...
