Hello zeenat, is samay aapko kisi bhi baat pe dhyan nhi dena hai. Sab aap ignore karo. Ache books padhe. Meditation kare. Aap subah sham bahar walk pe jae ya chatt pe hi sahi. Achche soothing songs sune. Aap chahe toh dharmik books jo aapke hai wo bhi padh skte hain. Aur han, kisi baat se pareshani ho toh kisi close friend ya family member se jaroor share kare, isse man halka hota hai. Aur be positive hamesha. Baaki, hum log saath hain hi aapke.

zeenat ..aap apne liye thoda time nikale ..jisme apko jo achcha lag wo activity kre ...subah sham walking kijie ..halka music sune ...doctor ki salah se yoga kre ..kuch books padhe ..aise aap ka.mann fresh hoga
