Recipe for 14 month old baby. If you are introducing these recipe for first time please start with half bowl. These recipe can be given at for breakfast around 10:00 to 11:00 am
NOTE: Bring 250 gram Makhana Roast it well and make a powder.
Ingredients:
1. Roasted Makhana powder - 2 spoon
2. Dry Fruit powder - 1 spoon
3. Jaggery - As required
4. Ghee - ½ spoon
5. Mashed Fruits - Optional (Try out your baby will like it fruits like apple, banana, mango, pears any many more)
6. Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
Method
1. Take an aluminum bowl add 2 spoons of makana powder in it
2. Add 1 cup of water in it and allow it to cook for 5 mins after that add dry fruits & cardamom powder, jaggery and ghee (optional mashed fruits as well) mix it properly on low flame
3. The Makhana porridge is ready! Feed your baby warm!
