Making Meal Times Fun For Kids
1 Provide screen before or after meal. Never with meal. Never force feed .meals should be Child- led as it allows them to differentiate between hunger and satiety.

2. If they fuss about vegetables – mask the vegetables as Puree in Dal/ Gravies/ or in Dough, Soups

3 Swap junk with healthy options like pizza base can be a home made bhakri , Cheese replace wit paneer.

4 Plan your week in advance, so child prepares himself to eat accordingly .

5. Instil habit of eating a heavy breakfast like Milk + Poha/Upma/ Dosa/ Idli/ CHilla/ Thepla and not just Milk
