Making your fussy little eaters eat healthy is not always a cakewalk. Not every kid is open to trying new vegetables, and foods. When they do not like what’s served on their plate, they start showing tantrums, pushing the food out of their plates, getting distracted, and so on.
To avoid such situations, one of the ways is to be a role model to them. When you want to make your kids eat what’s served to them “Eat with them”.
Eating the same veggies or food preparation and letting them know how yummy and delicious is it, encourages them to try it.
Kids tend to learn and practice the same habits quicker when they see their parents doing it. This habit isn’t just confined to eating, when making your kid learn good habits and values you can be a role model to them so they learn it quickly.
