Mam by baby is having pimple like this in his left side shoulder. What is this, any problem, plz check in the photo and let me know. He is 34 weeks 2 days premature baby. As on today he is 52 days old baby

Ya that's normal. The boil appears after 46 days only. Doesn't appear just after vaccine. Don't worry
