Mam can u plz send me the vaccination chart for premature babies. As my son is 34 weeks 2 days born baby. As on today he is 73 days old.
Becoz some people tell vqccine is their for 6, 10 & 14 weeks after birth. But my doctor written in vaccination chart as 2, 4 & 6 months. That means 8, 16 & 24 weeks for my baby. Plz check the pic of vaccine chart i have attached and my baby 2 months vaccine done on 25th april, means 3 days back. Plz tell me all the details.
