Hi Revathi it's normal do not worry. They usually have a big tummy, as they grow it will become normal.

Other than breast milk don't feed any. Healthy baby should have blowouts 2 to 5 times a day. And give a gap of 20mins after breastfeeding and lie the baby on bed
