Mam I had a reading of 175mg in ppbs (2 hrs after 75 gm glucose intake). I am 30+ week pregnant. I was having dry fruits like anjeer apricot kismis walnut cashew and almonds regularly. Even I had black currants once. Also I am having dates regularly. I eat rice in lunch (a big bowl) and rotis(2) in dinner. I am not taking any dry fruits now. Also I have cut down on rice intake and 1 roti is my dinner. To check pressure I am not having eggs. Am I doing it right?

Dear, don't stress. Avoid dry fruits, junk n sweets. Eat ur hone made food, eat every 2hrs but small meals. U can replace ur rice with daliya. Also u can replace ur wheat roti with Jason, nachni ya bajra roti it is more healthy. Add vegetables in ur diet.

Tanusree avoid dry fruits and sweets, you really don't have to cut down on your rice or roti instead split it. Eat small frequent meals, and go for 10 mins walking after every meal.
