Mam, I had preemies twins on 7th june. Doctors are shifting them to breast milk exclusively. I am not able to produce that much milk. Any suggestion to increase my milk supply? I hold my baby to chest for 2 hours daily as a treatment but still the milk I am able to supply is only 60 ml per 4 hours. That is hardly enough coz their feed is increasing daily. Doctor told me to give formula milk to one baby but I want to give moms milk.
Hi Pooja drink plenty of water, keeping yourself hydrated helps a lot. You can make daliya porridge and drink every day early morning, it helped me a lot<br>
