Add protein rich foods like daal, paneer. Also take nuts, flax seeds or chia seeds. Nut butters like peanut butter or almond butter are tasty n healthy too. Antacids do bar le lo din me but try k thoda diet improve ho

Hv three glasses of milk. Have fruit shakes like mango, banana, strawberry atleast two times in a day. Also start taking salads wid each meal. Sleep on left side as it helps the nutrition reach ur baby..

Completely okay.; But since you having nausea, talk to your doc for a protein supplement if needed.; Hope your baby weight is fine as per anomaly scan. For nausea, sip on lime water, coconut water and take small meals. Ask for an SOS med if it's too much, from the doc.
