Aap raat Ko badaam Paani me bhigo kar rakh de aur Subha khali pet kha Le..ho sake to sath me munnakhe Bhi bhigo kar unhe Bhi khaye... Munnakhe khane se taste thek rhta hai... Fruits, green vegetables ,dairy product , soya, sporuts etc khaye... Enjoy your pregency
