Agar aapko motion and gas pass hua hai and for bhi pain hai...and agar ye lower abdomen me periods like cramps hai to please jald doctor ko dikhaae..also yes fibroids can cause trouble..but this need examination by doctor to clear and doubt..for now..please don't exert..try to take pillow support at back and avoid gas and constipation
