Mam My Last lmp was 20th May.. tilo now me not checked.. sufffering from stomach paín near uterus abdornaml pain. Is this sign ok postive pregenancy?

Hi unless and until you check you will not know. By now you should start your multivitamins if you are pregnant, Please do the test and consult gynecologist.
