Well...i came back from a trekking trip with my daughter some time back and reading to aditi manja's guidance today. Putting together these two experiences I am putting my learning today. We, as humans are stressed today and being a mom, though is a very heavenly experience and all that, does at to that stress!! But one advice that we hear at every flight from the very groomed flight attendant is - put your oxygen mask first- is forgotten first. Infact even on my trekking trip, i was adviced to secure my harness first before supporting my daughter.... As moms, we MUST think of our own well being. We should not ignore the slightest of malfunction in our body and mind. keep yourselves fit physically and mentally, to keep up with the pressures and running around!!

very well said. ive just started realising this..eg. we feed our kids the most nutritious meals but tend to ignore our own nutrition- in terms of timings, quality and quantity.
