Ingredients :
Mango - 1 small sized washed and deseeded.
Preparation :
1. Cut along the sides of seeds down about ¼"" inch from the center.
2. Flip the mango, repeat the same. Now you have 3 pieces of mango.
3. Invert the mango, cut the pieces through a small knife
4. Repeat it for other half. Discard the big seed in the center.
5. Now transfer the chopped mango cubes to the blender.
6. Blend everything until smooth. No need to add water.
7. Add milk if you want for a creamier taste.
8. Feed with a baby spoon
Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
