500gm small size Brinjal

50gm peanuts(roasted)

50gm dry coconut

1big onion (fry it in oil brown)

7-8 cloves of garlic

1inch ginger

2tej patta

1/2 inch cinnamon stick

2 green cardamom

2-3cloves

1tb sp red chilli powder

1tea sp haldi

1tb sp Jeera coriander powder

Salt

Oil

Bunch of coriander
Method

-Dry roast coconut n peanuts(grind coarsly sepratly)

-put coconut in mixy pot add ginger garlic, Jeera coriander powder, salt, fried onions, n make a paste

-to this paste add red chilly powder haldi ,little oil, n coarsly ground peanuts mix all....

-cut bringal as shown in pic

-fill them wt masala

-take oil in Kadai put all bringals in it

-keep t lid cook for 10min

- then pour boiling water n again coz for 2min...garnish wt coriander... #recipes
