Massaging your baby well with natural baby oil and making them do some simple exercises on daily basis is a great way to strengthen their bones and muscles. Here are two hand exercises for babies to improve their flexibility, strengthen them as well as relax their muscles.
Exercise 1:
- Make your baby lie on his/her back on a bed.
- Massage your baby with natural baby oil.
- Gently stretch out your baby’s arm sidewise (open their arms).
- Now gently cuddle his/her hands back to their tummy and chest. Hold the position for 3 seconds.
- Repeat the exercise 3 times.
 Exercise 2:
- Make your baby lie on his/her back with hands on the side.
- Massage your baby with natural baby oil.
- Gently move his/her hands upwards (hands-up position) and hold it for 3 seconds.
- Return back to the original position.
- Repeat the exercise 3 times.
 Note: Always make sure that your baby is relaxed before starting any kind of exercise and be extremely slow and gentle to avoid any injury.
