Please contact a lactation consultant about feeding your baby. feed only milk on demand for 6 months. In regards to your cramping seek a second opinion yiu could call healthy mother in hyderabad or birth village. It takes a while to settle after a c section, sleep, eat nutritious food, relax. If u need emotional support contact birth india.

Pls do not give any fruit/vegetable juice to babies below 6 month. Their digestive system will not be able to handle it. They are very delicate at this stage. Take a 2nd opinion from some other pedeatrician PLS.

Your baby is too small to be given any foods except breast milk. If you have been giving formula feed along with your milk, your milk supply will reduce. It is important that you'll keep feeding to maintain your milk supply. Babies go through growth spurts as well. Increase the number of your feeds. it should settle in a few days.
