Ingredients: *Bambino vermicelli( Semiiyan/seviyan) - 1cup *Green chillies -(optional) as per spiciness tolerated by kid *Curry leaves- 6 to 7 leaves(for flavour) *Mustard seeds- 1 tsp *Jeera/cumin seeds- 1 tsp *Udad dal- 1tsp *Salt - as per taste *Oil- 1+1 tsp (Optional- you dd veggies like carrot, peas, beans, onion, etc or dry fruits like cashew, kishmish, almonds, etc) Method: 🌱Take a pan. Add 1tsp oil. Roast the Bambino vermicelli till they change into light brown in colour. Transfer to a plate. 🌱 Take the same pan. Add 1tsp oil. When it gets heated, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, udad dal. When the crackling sound stops, add split green chillies(optional) and curry leaves. Stir 🌱 Add 1.5 cups of water and let it boil. 🌱 Add salt. 🌱Once it comes to a rolling boil, add the roasted vermicelli and stir nicely . 🌱Cover the pan. Keep on Sim flame. 🌱Switch off after 5 mins. ▶️If you are adding veggies or dry fruits, then add them to the pan after putting curry leaves and gently fry them all together in the oil. Nutritionally it is a good dish because it contains vermicelli which is made up of wheat semolina. It is less in calories and contains carbohydrates. It keeps the little tummies full for a longer time. I make this dish frequently for my son whenever he craves for instant noodles. He loves it and am satisfied mommy too! #bbcreatorsclub#regional#regionaltiffins#nutrition
