This modak not only lord ganesha will like but also kids they will enjoy eating it.


Chocolate cheese modak
Ingredients

Cheese 2cups

Condensed Milk 1cup

Chocolate Chips 1/2cup

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1tbsp

Method
👉Heat up a heavy bottomed pan on med heat.Add cheese and cook for 6-8 min stir continuesly .

👉As the cheese starts thickening add the condensed milk.Cook for 5 min stir continuesly.

👉Add chocolate chips cocoa powder immediately turn off the heat.

👉Stir well all the ingredients and mix it; evenly and properly and the chocolate chips have melted.

👉Set aside till the mixture becomes cool enough to touch.

👉Once cooled stuff the mixture into the modak moulds and refrigerate for two hours. Once set remove from moulds and serve. Enjoy. .....
