Meetha Cheela...#MaaKeHaathka

One reciepe whaich has been my all time favourite. It is very asy and quick to make. Tasty, nutrious for all age groups. Kids starting finger foods, or for tiffin box. My daughter enjoys its too. Our Indian Veg pancake. You can experiment it fruits, dried fruits. My daughter now likes a smiley to be made on it. So I use JAM to make a smiley face.
Now how to make it...
Wheat Flour 1 cup
Jaggery 1/3rd cup
3/4th cup water
Ghee 2 tablespoon
Make jaggery syrup. Turn on the gas add water and jaggery. Make a syrup. The jagggery has melt, only that much, then strain the syrup.
Mix everything together as dosa or pancake batter, use extra water if needed. Leave it aside for 10 minutes and then make small pancakes out of it. After spreading on hot pan put ghee so that it does not stick. Ghee is very healthy for all age groups and should be included in the diet of kids, so is jaggery and wheat. So no issues if you want to give it as first time finger food to your child.
Once done flip it over and get the browny effect.

Once down decorate it as a smiley or just munch it like this. Perfect for sweet craving. Add dry fruits to make it more healthy.

My Mom was just like this recipe... sweet, simple and easy to understand. I hope you and your kiddo will enjoy it this Mother's day.

Love you MOM for this and all that you did for me....

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL WONDERFUL MOTHER'S
