Ingredients


Maida or whole wheat flour 2cups

Salt

Ghee 1tsp

Fresh grated coconut 2cup

Jaggary 1/1/2cup+ 1/2 cup

Poppy seed; 1tsp

Fennel seed powder 1tsp

Cloves 4

Cinnamon stick 2 inch

Method

👉In a bowl add maida, salt and ghee. Add water to make a soft dough.Knead the dough until soft and elastic. Cover and keep it aside for 30 min.

👉Roast poppy seed keep aside.

👉In a bowl add grated jaggery coconut poppy seed 1/2tsp fennel seed powder keep aside.

👉Take a small portions of the dough and roll into a thin chapati. With the help of small glass or kathori give a round shape Or you can take small size dough and roll it into puri this will take long time.

👉Now add the coconut jaggary mixture and give a shape in the picture I have shown.;

👉After making all keep it under fan for 30 min or till the; dough dries.

👉heat ghee in a wide vessel add cloves cinnamon stick if remaining add mixture of coconut jaggary and 1/2 cup jaggery

( jaggery can be adjusted as per taste )

;then add 4 to 5 glass of water let it boil add ghodey and cook on med flame for 15 to 20 min or till dough is cook.

👉Serve warm. It taste good next day. If you want to make make it at night and eat next day. It taste yummy.; Enjoy. ...
