👉Take a small portions of the dough and roll into a thin chapati. With the help of small glass or kathori give a round shape Or you can take small size dough and roll it into puri this will take long time.
👉Now add the coconut jaggary mixture and give a shape in the picture I have shown.;
👉After making all keep it under fan for 30 min or till the; dough dries.
👉heat ghee in a wide vessel add cloves cinnamon stick if remaining add mixture of coconut jaggary and 1/2 cup jaggery
( jaggery can be adjusted as per taste )
;then add 4 to 5 glass of water let it boil add ghodey and cook on med flame for 15 to 20 min or till dough is cook.
