include more protein in your diet..sprouts, take milk twice daily, yoghurt, dahi, paneer..drink plenty of water, fresh juices, coconut water and take enough rest..

Jab tak aapka weight steadily increase ho raha hai tab tak chinta ki koi baat nahi..last 4-6 weeks mein baby weight gain karte hain..tan shayad aapka weight increase ho..apne gynaeocologist se consult <u>kijiye</u>

Eat healthy food only avoid eating outside&#160; food,&#160; have fruits,&#160; juices,&#160; coconut water,&#160; sufficient water intake to keep yourself well hydrated, if u like non veg mutton,&#160; chicken,&#160; egg, <u>fish</u> and all <u>r</u> good source of protein and fat.&#160; Tension naa le last 2-3 months me weight gain hota aap bas stress free rahein.&#160; Tk care
