include more protein in your diet..sprouts, take milk twice daily, yoghurt, dahi, paneer..drink plenty of water, fresh juices, coconut water and take enough rest..

Eat healthy food only avoid eating outside  food,  have fruits,  juices,  coconut water,  sufficient water intake to keep yourself well hydrated, if u like non veg mutton,  chicken,  egg, <u>fish</u> and all <u>r</u> good source of protein and fat.  Tension naa le last 2-3 months me weight gain hota aap bas stress free rahein.  Tk care
