Mera baby 1.5 months ka hai kya abhi bhi me iron calcium tablets continue kru???
Even my gynac suggest to continue calcium and iron table till I 'll do breastfeed...because breast milk have both if u take or not if not then both 'll be supplied from your body and you fell week after some time ...it's good for you as well as your baby...
