U can do little sarson tel with kala jeera warmed ka malish on her feet,palms and navel.<br> Keep boiling water in the room next to her with karvol or eucAlyptus oil so that the steam reaches her.Just keep it in the room.. And don't keep the room very warm or make her wear layers of clothing.<br> A good way to give steam to a baby is...put on the shower on hot water...and once the loo steams up...sit for a few mins there.<br> Aajwain n kala jeera potli- seko on tawa n tie in mulmul cloth n keep near pillow -heat ajwain potli on a hot tawa and if d heat is bearable on ur palm...place it on d sides of her nose. Jaiful ko sarson tel mein soak karke rakho...rubbing that oil on palms and feet really works wonders...for long term benefit..<br> In sarson ka tel add garlic n urad dal...its very good for congestion<br> Just apply on chest n bak n underarms...its very effective .<br> If u have old ghee u can add a bit of garlic n heat it up. Do a malish of it on the chest, feet, n palms when ure baby is sleeping at night. It brings a lot of relief n cough and cold. It smells a lot but very useful.<br>
