It totally normal.. your baby is teething.. you can use teethers to calm his swollen gums. Clean his hand regularly to avoid any infection.

It's fine. Ho skta hai baby ko teething start hone wale ho. Aap saaf ungliyo se uski gum ki maalish karo.
