my doctor suggested to give paracetamol drops to my baby when she got fever above 100. So u can give paracetamol drops to your baby dear.&nbsp; And take pot water(matke ka pani) add sone salt in it and soak napkins n put that on your baby's forehead.&nbsp; plz tc <u>dear</u>
