docters says ek baar pilane k baad usko boil karo...you use glass bottle it is easy to wash...u dont need to boil it just wash it with hot water...

i try to avoid using bottle but whenever I use bottle after using them I sterilize with disinfectant after removing from disinfectant we wash with boiled water thrice. sometimes even after washing with boiled water I immerse them in warm water for 10 mins as per requirement. I don't put nipple in warm water as it can change shape. also using bottle brush for washing.

buT first time sterilization is needed.. boil the nipple and the bottle for atleast 10 <u>mins</u>

well dear washing the plastic bottle with hot water for 5 mins is enough.
