Revauthi has given a comprehensive list.. actually I had chronic anaemia and very low levels during pregnancy..few things that helped were..taking dry anjeer with hot milk... avoiding caffeine, preservatives products. Having a juice of orange, beetroot, carrots and apple everyday..also green veggies..even rajma I had twice a <u>week</u>
