These are infantile acne...babies ko isse koi khaas problem nai hote...u can consult a paediatrician n apply calamine lotion...dont use oil on face...

Hey my son got this at this age.... U just keep cleaning her face after every feed with cold water.... Don't apply anything except coconut oil if you want...

Skin allergy ho sakta hai aap apne doctor ko dhikhaye.  Baby ke face pe kuch bhi apply naa kare kuch din ke liye to check Kam ho raha hai ki nhi agar naa ho doctor se jald consult kare.
