This is because of gas and acidity...avoid too oily and spicy food..take small meals at frequent intervals..more water and fluids like lemonede, chaas, Coconut water etc..have fruits to avoid constipation..walk after meals..sleep on left side..also have bhuna ajwain with warm water after meals..you may sip cold milk..have plain home made curd..
