Meri normal delivery ko 16 days ho gaye. Mere hubby ne meri fast recovery ke liye ajwain ke ladoo aur sonth ke ladoo banwaye. Problem ye hai ki isko khane ke baad garmi jyada lagti hai aur loose motions hote hain. Do din khane ke baad mujhse jyada to baby ko potty ho rahi. I m confused ki ye sab khau ya nahi??? Please help...

Batteese ke laddu khaaye jaate hain sirf ajwain n sonth ke maine nahi suna....aap sweet shop se batteese ke laddu mangaiye bht healthy hote hain taaqat aati hai usmein khaane ka gond bhi hota hai jo garm cheez ko balance rakhta hai....maine dono kids ke time ye khaya <u>hai</u>
