meri normal delivery ko 3 month ho gaya hai to me gym joint kar skti hu?

Start walking.. then at home start some stretching exercises. Yoga and meditation will be good. Once u feel u are ok.. Then u can join. But never push to much initially. Have lots of water...

nai minimum 6 months k bad kr skte hai..mai Bhi Krna chahati hu but meri Bhi delivery normal aur 3 months hoye hai..
