Meri sasural aur mayke mein bahot tension chalu hai.. Kabhi kabhi mere husband bhi mera sath nahi dete.. Akeli pad jati hu.. Aur emotional hone ki wajah se kuch boal bhi nahi pati.. Aisa lagta hain ki jo ho raha hai  woh is time mein.. Mere pregnancy mein nahi hona chahiye.. Im in 8th month.. Is waqt mera to dimag bhi kam nhi kr raha.. Block ho jati hu.. Kuch bhook bhi nahi lagti hai.. Aisa lagta hai iska asar baby pein nahi hona chahiye.

Dear Mom to be, ye zyadatar ghar ki kahani hai dear lekin aap is waqt sirf apne baby ke bare mein sochiye. Tension stress hotel rahte hain lekin aapko uska asar nahi lena chahiye baby ke liye achcha nahi hair. Sabse achcha tariqa hai ki aap khud ko other cheezon mein involve rakhiye books padhye bahar ghumne jaaiye friends se miliye unse chit chat kariye apne aane wale baby ke liye planning kariye khud ko prepare kariye. Jab hubby ka mood achcha ho to unse baat kariye aur bataiye ki aap kitna hurt ho rahin hain aur kahiye ki is waqt aapko sirf unka support chahiye. Hormonal changes ki wajah se bhi kabhi kabhi kafi depression hota hai.Aap achcha kahiye achcha sochiye khush rahiye aap ka bundle of joy bahot jald aapke paas hoga inshaAllah.
