#MeTimeMantra Expecting , New or any kind of Mother. We all need some me time.
If you have a crazy schedule here is something just for you 1. Take out just ten minutes to either meditate, walk or do any hobby. Slowly see how you can expand that time. 2. Talk to your friends and have a No baby Talk Time. Talk about movies, hobbies anything at all except baby. 3. My all time favorite. Sink in a book of you can. It takes you to another world. 4. If you don't have time....no excuses ...make it get someone to help. That time alone doing something you like is extremely valuable. Happy mommy makes a happy child.
