On Monday night I watched the golden globe awards and have still not gotten over the solidarity the entire film & tv industry showed when it came expressing their outrage towards sexual harassment. Please bookmark this post and watch it whenever you can. Oprah's speech is very goosebumpy and inspiring at the same moment.
If you have ever faced any sort of discrimination, if you have not been treated as an equal to your male counterpart at the workplace, if you've experienced sexual harassment anywhere - in a train, at a relative's place, at the office - physical or verbal - SPEAK UP. it's time to speak up and call out the offenders. How dare men treat us as not their equals? Why should women be subjected to a gender gap professionally and elsewhere?

Me too.....love her!!! I love the way she speaks and most important she brings the best out of the person with whom she is talking.... I still can't get over this speech.... "..speaking your truth is the most powerful weapon you have..."
