Hi jyoti, pls keep urself hydrated always, have small light meals every 2-3 hours include fruits and vegetables everyday in ur meals avoid oily, spicy and heavy meals this may hinder ur digestive system. constipation is very common in pregnancy... try having a glass of warm milk at bedtime this may also help in easing ur morning trouble too. tkcre.

soak 3-5 munakka in milk for few hrs.and then boil milk..drink it and eat soaked munakkas
