For sure, you are dealing with Mid Life Crisis..
So what is Mid Life Crisis - it is transition of identity and self confidence which occurs in middle age. The phenomenon is described as a psychological crisis brought about by events that highlight a person's growing age, inevitable mortality, and possibly shortcomings of accomplishments in life. Mid-life is the time where a person is often evaluating his or her own life.
A mid-life crisis could be caused by aging itself, or aging in combination with changes, problems, or regrets over:
*; work or;career;(or lack thereof)
* spousal relationships (or lack thereof)
* maturation of children (or lack of children)
* aging or death of parents
* physical changes associated with aging
Source : Wikipedia Here is what I am doing nowadays, not completely because of mid life crisis but to keep myself prepared as well so it don't hit me bad. To keep myself fit - I started to play badminton regularly though I miss sometimes. To keep healthy - eat less junk food and more of healthy food. Try new cuisines and flavours. To have peaceful mind - I try to meditate though I am not able to concentrate but it's good for your mind to be at peace.
My list of to do things: 1. start aerobics or Zumba or some dance form
2. Go more on vacations
3. Learn baking like professional kind
4. Spend more time on my hobbies which is doing embroidery and cross stitch
4. want to setup my balcony garden
5. Scold my kid little less 😂😂

I will try mid life crisis wont hit me or I won't let them hit me 😬 I think I am becoming a better person day by day. Learning new things according to stage of life. Adapting to changes, listening to more ppl what they are doing for there growth as a being. And accepting ppl for what they are so that there behavior dony effect me much... And list goes on.... 😄
