Making toddlers eat vegetables is one big deal for parents these days as kids are more prone to eating junk. Also children get so picky sometimes that they refuse to eat their greens and other vegetables. I try to hide goodness of vegetables in my recipes such as omelette,dals & veggie dahlia,dosa,uttapam etc to name a few.
Simra isn’t a picky eater but there are days when she refuses to eat vegetables just by looking at them. So this recipe is my innovation to make her eat carrots and onions basically.
Vegetable Dosa Recipe : 🔸Use readymade dosa batter or you can even make batter at home (soak dals, rice - in equal quantities for 5 hours and blend them,your batter is ready) 🔸Finely chopped - tomatoes, onions,carrots(you can add other veggies raw or cooked) 🔸Added a pinch of sugar and salt 🔸Mix everything well..add butter on pan and add dosa batter on it 🔸Let it cook on both the sides until it turns golden brown 🔸Serve it with tomato sauce or coconut chutney
