1 cup water or as required Coloured capsicums cut into rings

Oil for shallow frying Instructions Preparing the Batter:
Mix the flour and water and make a lump free batter.
Then add all the rest of the ingredients.
The paste should be thicker than dosa batter. Making Chilas:
Heat a tawa or pan and grease it with 1/2 tsp
of oil. Then spread the capsicum rings and fill up each with the besan vegetables mixture. Garnish with black sesame seeds. Shallow fry both the sides on medium heat giving it a little charred effect until all well cooked. Mini vegetables chilas can be served like , over colourful capsicum rings ( i didnt use here bcz my kid dont like) shallow fried, and then served hot with tomato ketchup. can Serve with green chutny too!
