#HelloSingapore True we dont realize the value of something till its gone. I used to crib if my maid was late or missed out but now i have to it ALL by myself Who else really values their maids?

I have never seen such a wonderful person before. So humble.she will ask me whether i completed my cooking and made my kid sleep. Then she will come and do her job. M thinking not to change my place unless or untill necessary. Cos i do not want to lose her. My helping hand.

hang in there priya!!! i hear u completely. everyone gets this rude shock whn they move abroad and its super difficult when u hv a toddler! just one piece of advice - pls dont fret about dusting and mopping every corner every day as spore isnt as dusty as india. be flexi on this point and get hubby to help as well :)

I agree. Some ppl won't respect them. I know ppl talking rudely. Even kids at home are taught to talk with degradation. Hard working ppl.
