Procedure: Heat one table spoon oil in wok. Add finely choped garlic and saute till golden brown, then add finely choped 1/2 medium onoion and continue to saute. Add finely chopped vegetable and continue to saute. Add finely chopped 4 medium tomatos and continue to saute for 2 mintues. Add two table spoon tomato ketchep and stir. Add salt and black pepper to the mixture and mix it properly. When tomato are cooked and pulpy add 4 cups of vegetable stock or plain water to the mixture and bring it to boil. Disolve corn flour in 1/4 cup of plain water. Add blended cornflour and stir. Add vinegar and soya sauce and stir. Cook till the soup is nice and thick. Break 2 egg in a bowl and wisk well. Drop the whisked egg in a thin stream and cook till it sets. Stir and serve. ( Vegeterian do not put egg in it.)
