Add little oil, once it hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves, groundnuts... Let them splutter and then add puffed rice and salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix them well so puffed rice are coated well with turmeric and become crispy... Store it in air tight container once it cool down.; Light and healthy snack..
Recipe 2 -- BHEL
In big bowl, take puffed rice, add chopped onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, green chillies, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, salt, chilli powder and mix well.. in last add some plain sev and garnish with coriander leaves.. bhel is ready...
