What is meditation





Meditation is that which gives you deep rest.If we practice it regularly we will get calm mind,good concentration,inner strength and relaxation. It reduces stress and you can do it anytime and anywhere.

; ; ;When I was pregnant with my son I used to take 1 hr for meditation it helped me lot by listening meditation music.

; ; Pregnant woman has to face lots of emotional and physical challenges.They had to go through mood swings ,craving for food,nuesea due to hormonal imbalance.Meditation helps them to cope up with those changes;happens.it;also reduces the stress.Woman; who practice meditation during pregnancy will have less amount of stress and anxiety disorders.They will always be positive and calm instead of worrying about their health,labor pain .It also affects babies inside the womb and their future .Being positive they can take good decisions in life.



; ;Stress may even have long time effects on your child with developmental problems and hyperactivity.With the help of meditation you will be easily make positive choice and can avoid problems for your baby.
